Dear Customers,
We have received notice that Protected Industrial Action will continue at the Ports of Brisbane, Port Kembla, Melbourne and Adelaide until further notice. As a result, there will be significant operational delays including increased waiting time for berthing and extended stays alongside.
Until further notice, we have no alternative but to increase our Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for East Coast Australia voyages to AUD 25.00 per FRT (Break-bulk) and AUD 375.00 per TEU (Containers). This increase will take effect from AAL BANGKOK v.24012.
We appreciate your cooperation, as we work to navigate the challenges posed by this industrial action. In the event of any further changes or developments, related to either this or any of our other services, we will inform you immediately.
