職缺
Store Controller HKT Station

Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with Logistics Manager to ensure that adequate materials are supplied to carry out maintenance activities,
  2. Organize and control all aircraft spare parts, consumable and tools.
  3. Monitor stock levels of consumable.
  4. Coordinate with the Logistics Manager over the clearance of all import and export of aircraft spare parts with the Company preferred Freight Forwarding Agents,
  5. Stock Inventory control within the AD Software Inventory Control module,
  6. Monitor Shelf Life and Calibration for spare parts, consumables and tools,
  7. Ensure that proper house-keeping and ware housing functions are carried out on a daily basis,
  8. Be familiar with all types of receipt documentation (e.g. Thai DCA Form 1 / FAA Form 8130) that allows full traceability of components and consumables,
  9. Ensure proper record archiving of all paperwork associated with the receipt of aircraft spare parts into Asia Atlantic Airlines management,
  10. Release aircraft spare parts, consumable and tools to Mechanic, Engineer and planner and other tasks assigned.
  11. Any other duties as required by the Logistics Manager.

Qualification :
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Stock Management
  • Experience in aviation industry is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving and system building skills
  • Good team player and good communication skills
  • Familiar with basic office software and ready to learn other platforms (Inventory system program)
  • Ability to communicate in English (TOEIC score 600).
  • Work Place: Phuket Airport (able to work as a shift work)

First Officers
Asia Atlantic Airlines is currently recruiting B767 First Officers, Bangkok based.
Flight Crew:
First Officers: Location: Bangkok, Thailand.
Requirements:
  • ICAO Licehailannce acceptable to the Td Aviation Authorities.
  • Hold a valid and current (within the last 11 months) recognised Type Rating on the B767/B757.
  • Current Class 2 Medical (must be valid for a minimum of 6 months on joining).
  • Experience on International Routes.
  • Hold ICAO member country documentations which are acceptable to the Thailand Authority.
  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time (civil aircraft).
  • Minimum 500 hours, B767/B757.
  • Minimum ICAO Level 4 English, (current for a minimum of one year on joining).
  • Passport to be current for a minimum of 12 months on joining, with a minimum of 7 full blank pages available.
  • Be in possession of no aviation incidents / accidents report.
  • No criminal record.
  • Provide three references.
  • 3 immunizations are required before simulator training at Pilot’s expense.

  • Package:
  • Monthly: 165,000 Baht
  • Per Diem: 1,500 Baht net per layover
  • Health Insurance: Yes
  • Holidays / Vacation: 21 days per annum (prorated after probation period of 119 days)

Assistant Accounting Manager (AR/Closing)

Responsibilities:
  • Handling and monitor Account receivable * Reviews and verifies all the invoices and statements; contacts the related sections, and customer immediately to resolve the discrepancy when questionable charges appear on the statements
  • Handling to create WHT/VAT reports (e.g. PP30,PND3,53,PP36)
  • Create Reconciliation for all accounts on Monthly basis
  • Maintaining approving ledger entries, planning, scheduling and training of staff members. (Reference : Account receivable staff duties)
  • Assisting Year end CPA Audit
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly closing

(Reference) Account Receivable Staff Duties:
  1. Posts daily cash receipts and deposits from various sales, commissions into appropriate ledgers.
  2. Posts a receipt of payment on each customer’s account; keeps track of collection status for each customer and follows-up on any delinquent accounts.
  3. Makes deposits and performs the data entry in to the system; enters the sales and reports data into system, etc.
  4. Issues invoices and receipts as necessary.
  5. Manage/review monthly accounts receivable report and sales report.
  6. Prepares for bank deposits and record the transactions.
  7. Creates reports for unpaid deposits, discrepancies, losses and balances for accounts receivable

Qualifications:
  • Any genders, age between 32-45 years old
  • Thai Nationality only
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • 7- years’ Experience in Accounting department or experience in Accounting/tax firm(Experience in handling WHT/VAT)
  • Detail oriented with finance and/or accounting background
  • Good problem-solving and system building skills
  • Good team player and good communication skills
  • Familiar with basic office software (Excel/Word)and ready to learn other platforms (Accounting system)
  • Ability to communicate in English ( read and write )
  • Experience in Account Closing (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly).
