Store Controller HKT Station

Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with Logistics Manager to ensure that adequate materials are supplied to carry out maintenance activities,
  2. Organize and control all aircraft spare parts, consumable and tools.
  3. Monitor stock levels of consumable.
  4. Coordinate with the Logistics Manager over the clearance of all import and export of aircraft spare parts with the Company preferred Freight Forwarding Agents,
  5. Stock Inventory control within the AD Software Inventory Control module,
  6. Monitor Shelf Life and Calibration for spare parts, consumables and tools,
  7. Ensure that proper house-keeping and ware housing functions are carried out on a daily basis,
  8. Be familiar with all types of receipt documentation (e.g. Thai DCA Form 1 / FAA Form 8130) that allows full traceability of components and consumables,
  9. Ensure proper record archiving of all paperwork associated with the receipt of aircraft spare parts into Asia Atlantic Airlines management,
  10. Release aircraft spare parts, consumable and tools to Mechanic, Engineer and planner and other tasks assigned.
  11. Any other duties as required by the Logistics Manager.

Qualification :
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Stock Management
  • Experience in aviation industry is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving and system building skills
  • Good team player and good communication skills
  • Familiar with basic office software and ready to learn other platforms (Inventory system program)

Security Manager

Security Manager of Asia Atlantic Airlines is the Airline’s Head of Security Operations and responsible for the day-to-day management of Security. He will ensure that Asia Atlantic Airlines primary corporate value, to be safe and secure, is achieved through sound corporate policy, timely advice and effective security performance by the airline and its contractors. He is directly responsible access to the CEO. This is to meet the regulatory requirement of Annex 17 of ICAO and CAAT NCASP. This appointment is essential to facilitate the development and has the authority for effective implementation, review and maintenance of the Asia Atlantic Airlines Security Programme. Security manager should be established at the corporate level with a professional background and be a suitably qualified and trained in Aviation Security and familiar with aircraft and airline operations. In the absence of Security Manager, the Safety Manager will assume the role of Head of Security as the first alternate.
Security Manager Qualification:
  • Must have a Degree in any field.
  • At Least ten (10) years of experience in managing AVSEC in any airlines.
  • Have undergone various AVSEC management courses.
  • Able to evaluate in the current aviation security environment which requires an approach that focuses in identifying, prioritizing and mitigating vulnerabilities to likely risk event.
  • Close rapport with regulatory and enforcement bodies.
  • Able to advise the Management on all current threat situations and recommends appropriate counter measures to contain these threats.
  • Thai Nationality.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. To ensure that Asia Atlantic Airlines security policy and measures comply with Thailand and host state legal requirements.
  1. To be responsible for the protection, safety and security of Asia Atlantic Airlines outstations, including its entire staff, facilities, outstation airports and passengers.
  2. To ensure systems, policies, procedures and practices are in place to prevent Asia Atlantic Airlines from acts of unlawful inference worldwide.
  3. To advise the Chief Executive Officer of his obligations under Thailand and other legislation and of the airline’s compliance or otherwise with its provisions.
  4. To ensure planned counter-measures are commensurate with the risk to Asia Atlantic Airlines and its contractors.
  5. Security Manager must relate to all other departments in the company and not concentrate on one in particular.
  6. To monitor the security of other airlines in which Asia Atlantic Airlines has a financial stake or code-share, to safeguard the airline’s investment and reputation.
  7. To provide 24-hour response to incidents, including bomb threat assessment and other emergencies.
  8. To provide the primary point of contact and undertake liaison on aviation security matters with those government departments in Thailand and overseas responsible for regulating aviation security and other aviation industry participants operating within the airport.
  9. To represent Asia Atlantic Airlines on the Thailand National Aviation Security Committee and to provide industry best practices on security matters by involvement with the security groups of Airport Security Coordination Committee SVB.
  10. Facilitate the development, implementation, review and maintenance of a comprehensive airline security and training program and coordinate for security awareness training of Asia Atlantic Airlines personnel. Disclosure of any part of the said program shall be confined to authorized personnel only who require the information for official duties. A copy of this security program will be lodged with the appropriate authority of the States where Asia Atlantic Airlines flies.
  11. To liaise and coordinate activities with the state Airport Authorities, Police, Fire and Rescue Service Department, Immigration Department and other Government Agencies to which Asia Atlantic Airlines operates.
  12. Implement additional security measures during time of increased threat and for critical flights and routes.
  13. To make periodical evaluations, review and amend the security program to reflect changes or any addition of or revision to security directives or changes in the NCASP. All amendments and changes shall be notified to the appropriate authorities or States concerned within 30 days of such changes.
  14. All audits and inspections on the effectiveness of this program will be conducted annually.
  15. To maintain and submit all security incident reports to appropriate authorities as mandated.

Quality Assurance Cabin Crew and In-flight Service

Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. To perform and oversee internal audits of Cabin Crew and In-flight service with the support of the QA auditor ream, in conjunction with the Asia Atlantic Airlines Audit Schedule.
  2. To perform and oversee external audits of in-flight service suppliers of Asia Atlantic Airlines Operations i.e. catering service suppliers
  3. To assist the QA Manager and Safety and Security Manager to ensure the Safety and integrity of the Airline and Employees
  4. To produce audit reports of Cabin Crew and In-flight service (Corrective Action Requests) by identifying deficient areas and documenting objective evidence of discrepancies where they arise, identifying the root cause, ensuring that audit responses are timely, address the deficiency and provide any necessary assistance to the auditee by identifying a corrective action plan the will prevent the finding from re-occurring.
  5. To conduct follow-up and compliance audits of the Cabin Crew and In-flight service to ensure continuous process improvement and corrective/ preventive action implementation and its effectiveness.
  6. To ensure that mandatory manual and procedures within the Cabin Crew Department are kept up to date with current Asia Atlantic Airlines procedures.
  7. Working with the Training Department to ensure mandatory training is carry out and record are kept in according with CAAT regulations.
  8. To assist the QA Department including Document Control in the achievement of its corporate and departmental goals and strive to constantly improve the Asia Atlantic Airlines overall QA Standard.
  9. All other duties are assigned by the QA Manager.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years Aviation experience
  2. QMS qualification
  3. Internal Auditing certificate
  4. A full understanding of the Quality Assurance Manual
  5. Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS)
  6. A full understanding of CAAT regulations
  7. A good command of the English language

Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA)

Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. To ensure mandatory manuals concerning Flight Operations remain compliant and are reviewed every 12 months by the manual owner (DFO and, HOD’s).
  2. Ensures that FLT Ops departments carry out their duties within the scope of the Asia Atlantic Airlines company procedures, Safety Policy and Quality Policy.
  3. Monitors the effectiveness and housekeeping of the Head Office working areas i.e. OCC Office area.
  4. Conducts internal audits at least once per annum on the Flight Operations department areas i.e. OCC, Crew Scheduling, Flight Dispatch, Pilots Training records IAW the approved audit Schedule.
  5. Conducts external audits on Flight simulators that Asia Atlantic Airlines use and that have been approved by CAAT.
  6. Interacts with the DFO, Chief Pilot and Training Manager in conjunction with the general compliance to the CAAT Regulations of all aspects of Flight Operations.
  7. Conducts necessary training courses for all FLT Ops staff when required and IAW the approved FLT Ops Training Plan.
  8. Ensuring QA-related information, including organization goals and objectives, are made available to all Ground Operations personnel through formal communication processes.
  9. Flight Data Analysis Program (FDAP) – Carry out analysis and forward to VP-Operations and DFO.
  10. All other duties as assigned by the QA Manager and Head of SSQ

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Hold a valid and current (within the last 11 months) recognised Type Rating on the B767/B757.
  • Current Class 2 Medical (must be valid for a minimum of 6 months on joining).
  • Experience on International Routes.
  • Hold ICAO member country documentations which are acceptable to the Thailand Authority.
  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time (civil aircraft).
  • Minimum 500 hours, B767/B757.
  • Minimum ICAO Level 4 English, (current for a minimum of one year on joining).

Assistant Accounting Manager (AR/Closing)

Responsibilities:
  • Handling and monitor Account receivable * Reviews and verifies all the invoices and statements; contacts the related sections, and customer immediately to resolve the discrepancy when questionable charges appear on the statements
  • Handling to create WHT/VAT reports (e.g. PP30,PND3,53,PP36)
  • Create Reconciliation for all accounts on Monthly basis
  • Maintaining approving ledger entries, planning, scheduling and training of staff members. (Reference : Account receivable staff duties)
  • Assisting Year end CPA Audit
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly closing

(Reference) Account Receivable Staff Duties:
  1. Posts daily cash receipts and deposits from various sales, commissions into appropriate ledgers.
  2. Posts a receipt of payment on each customer’s account; keeps track of collection status for each customer and follows-up on any delinquent accounts.
  3. Makes deposits and performs the data entry in to the system; enters the sales and reports data into system, etc.
  4. Issues invoices and receipts as necessary.
  5. Manage/review monthly accounts receivable report and sales report.
  6. Prepares for bank deposits and record the transactions.
  7. Creates reports for unpaid deposits, discrepancies, losses and balances for accounts receivable

Qualifications:
  • Any genders, age between 32-45 years old
  • Thai Nationality only
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • 7- years’ Experience in Accounting department or experience in Accounting/tax firm(Experience in handling WHT/VAT)
