职缺
Sales Representative

Main Objectives:
  1. Support for all Sales activities both online and offline.
  2. Contact person in related to Travel Agency sales.
  3. Keep updating and movement on Agency sales including B2B.
  4. Coordinate with any Marketing Activities e.g. Travel Fair, Banner, Brochure, Booth Set Up if any
  5. Act as first contact person as call center to assist the Travel Agency in regards of any booking issue, ticketing issue, payment etc.
  6. Assist Ticketing and Reservation team for insertion name list from agent, confirm booking from China Agent.
  7. Support to Manager for all marketing strategy and sales activities.
  8. Collect Route market information to Manager for Strategy adjustment.
  9. Any other duties may require.

Job Qualifications:
  1. Male/Female age not over 30 years
  2. Bachelor Degree in any field
  3. Be Fluent in Speaking and Writing English

First Officers
Asia Atlantic Airlines is currently recruiting B767 First Officers, Bangkok based.
Flight Crew:
First Officers: Location: Bangkok, Thailand.
Requirements:
  • ICAO Licehailannce acceptable to the Td Aviation Authorities.
  • Hold a valid and current (within the last 11 months) recognised Type Rating on the B767/B757.
  • Current Class 2 Medical (must be valid for a minimum of 6 months on joining).
  • Experience on International Routes.
  • Hold ICAO member country documentations which are acceptable to the Thailand Authority.
  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time (civil aircraft).
  • Minimum 500 hours, B767/B757.
  • Minimum ICAO Level 4 English, (current for a minimum of one year on joining).
  • Passport to be current for a minimum of 12 months on joining, with a minimum of 7 full blank pages available.
  • Be in possession of no aviation incidents / accidents report.
  • No criminal record.
  • Provide three references.

  • Monthly: 165,000 Baht
  • Per Diem: 1,500 Baht net per layover

  • Holidays / Vacation: 21 days per annum (prorated after probation period of 119 days)

Crew Scheduler Officer

Qualifications :
  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in crew scheduler/coordinator 1 year
  • Sound working knowledge of Thai regulatory requirements.
  • TOEIC score, minimum of 600 (valid within one (1) year of application).
  • Good communicator, lateral thinker, Team player and foster team work.

Job Descriptions:
  • Provide overall management of the Rostering / Planning Section for the effective operation of the Section.
  • Planning and administration of crew rosters in accordance with the Thailand CAAT Rules and Company Rules and Regulations.
  • Provide a forward plan of the sections operation and ensure it is managed in an effective manner, and that legal Crew utilisation is at all times maintained.
  • Update Leon system for Crewing and Rostering Compliances.
  • Assign both pilot and cabin crew’s schedules at initial and operational stages
  • Responsible for the following Crew Rostering / Planning Officers duties described below but limited too.
  • Liaise with the Duty Officers within the Operations Control Centre (OCC) or the Management and deliver legal crew to operate the schedule / non – schedule services and review that the current roster is correct and implemented correctly.
  • Planning of crew license / validation renewals, training, and courses etc. through Leon Software System.
  • Prepare daily crew flight pairings from effective flight schedule in Leon Software System.
  • Roster crew license renewals checks / crew recurrent checks / rostered day(s) off in the Leon System.
  • Establish roster man power and compile crew rosters on a monthly basis.
  • Determine roster man power:
  1. Schedule, non – schedule.
  2. Work groups.
  • Plan all crew rosters using Leon Rostering format. Each fourteen (14) – day roster is printed and available on line to all crew normally five (5) days prior to commencement of the roster.
  • Publish completed roster to all crew members on – line.
  • Liaise with crews on crewing roster queries and solutions.
  • Prepare and forward Crew Gen – Dec for CIQ formalities.
  • Assist in Monitor crew licence currency and expiry in conjunction with Check and Training staff.
  • Roster crew recurrent checks.
  • Deal with crews’ annual leave, domestic / overseas sick leave etc
  • Coordinate Leave applications.
  • Make monthly report on sickness , late show-up and all actions against
company regulations :
  • Prepare and issue supporting documents for Custom and Immigration at home base and overseas
  • Technical & Cabin Crew Duty Travel.
  • Coordinate Crew Domestic and Overseas Hotels include liaison with Hotel Staff.
  • Coordinate Crew Domestic and International Transportation.

Training Coordinator

Job Discription:
The Training Coordinator reports to the Manager of Training and is responsible for the design, development, implementation, coordination, and facilitation of company training and development programs. The Training Coordinator is responsible for;
  • Assist the Director of Training, as directed;
  • Reservation of training room(s), preparing training handouts / booklets / material, coordinating with other departments for joint inter-department training,
  • Liaise / coordinate with CAAT (Civil Aviation Authority Thailand),
  • Liaise / coordinate with crew scheduling with ground, flight & simulator training along with all associated documentation.
  • Liaise / coordinate with crew coordinator with documentation & training documentation,
  • Overseeing the training slots / reservations, identifying forecast training needs and assignment of current slots for the scheduled training events.
  • In association with other inter-company department training to plan, initial and recurrent training, manage the update process for courseware, training devices and training materials.
  • Prepares / communicates relevant data and reports as needed.
  • Prepare all associated document procedures for employees and management who are appointed for training.
  • Manage training courseware as stipulated by the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations.
  • Research training equipment material & suppliers as needed – including details, cost comparison, and timelines,
  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees.
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps / needs.
  • Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training requirements / needs.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
  • Develop training aids such as manuals, handbooks, etc.
  • Schedule all required internal & external training and checks.
  • Inform employee’s reference training options.
  • Map out training plan for individual employees.
  • Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools.
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job training.
  • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
  • Track and report on training outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers & suppliers
  • Establish effective communication with all company departments’ reference training requirements. Maintain an action tracker for all agreed actions to comply with CAAT rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate off-site training activities for employees.
  • Manage training budget.
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the training manager.

Minimum qualifications for consideration include:
  1. Minimum 3 years of Aviation training experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in any branch.
  3. Proficient in MS packages, proficient in internet/ e-mail/ AIMS operations.
  4. Good Knowledge of ICAO regulation, Civil Air Regulation and Company training requirements.
  5. Able to work independently and produce training reports.
