Captain

Flight Crew:

Requirements:
  • Passport to be current for a minimum of 12 months on joining, with a minimum of 7 full blank pages available.

  • 3 immunizations are required before simulator training at Pilot’s expense:

First Officers
Asia Atlantic Airlines is currently recruiting B767 First Officers, Bangkok based.
Flight Crew:
First Officers: Location: Bangkok, Thailand.
Requirements:
  • ICAO Licence acceptable to the Thailand Aviation Authorities.
  • Hold a valid and current (within the last 11 months) recognised Type Rating on the B767/B757.
  • Current Class 2 Medical (must be valid for a minimum of 6 months on joining).
  • Experience on International Routes.
  • Hold ICAO member country documentations which are acceptable to the Thailand Authority.
  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time (civil aircraft).
  • Minimum 500 hours, B767/B757.
  • Minimum ICAO Level 4 English, (current for a minimum of one year on joining).
  • Passport to be current for a minimum of 12 months on joining, with a minimum of 7 full blank pages available.
  • Be in possession of no aviation incidents / accidents report.
  • No criminal record.
  • Provide three references.
  • 3 immunizations are required before simulator training at Pilot’s expense:
  1. Influenza (Good for 1 year)
  2. Meningococcal (Good for 3-5 years)

  • On joining a successful Pass in both Air Law & Human Performance is required by Thailand Aviation Authority in obtaining a Validation
  • Pass a Drug and Alcohol Test.


Package:
Monthly: 165,000 Baht
Per Diem: 1,500 Baht net per layover
Health Insurance: Yes
Holidays / Vacation: 21 days per annum (prorated after probation period of 119 days)
Sick Days: 30 days per annum with doctor’s certificate
Crew Base: Bangkok
Hotel Accommodation: 7 nights at company expense.

Ground Operation Officer
Job description
Qualifications
  • Minimum of High School Diploma and/or Vocational Certificate.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Experience required
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work shift.
  • Team player and when asked to, have potential to lead.
  • Capable to handle stress and work under pressure and / or dateline.
  • Take charge when the situation calls for (leadership skill is preferred).
  • Decisive within you scope.
  • Able to think out of the box and / or be flexible when the situation calls for.
  • At least 1 year experience in Passenger Service (Airline). Fresh graduate are welcome.

Accountability
  • Initiate contact points for new ports.
  • Liaison with Airport Authority of new ports for all matters regarding to payments (parking/landing fees, airport tax, signage, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Airport Authorities / GHA / GSA at all stations.
  • Responsible for maintaining and stocking of the Landing Cards for all ports that we operate to in the aircrafts and office.
  • When working office hours, assist with Administrative work concerning to Ground Operations (checking and replying emails / correspondence with authorities or concern parties).
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (OCC / Cabin Crew / Scheduler / Sales)
  • Preflight preparations (check PNL / finalizing catering orders / seat assignments / special request / GHA briefing / allocating group counters as per request).
  • Provide assistance to passengers to maintain our standards with service mind.
  • Post flight checks (flight report / document check / filing).
  • Baggage tracing via email once a case is raised from all stations.
  • Available to be assigned to travel either to domestic or overseas with a one week prior notice.
  • You will be mainly assigned to handle flights operating to and from China.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Ground Manager and / or Director of Flight Operations.

Accounting Officer

Qualification
  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences in accounting
  • Working in Multinational Company and travel industry is preferable
  • Experience with dealing with external parties
  • Ability to communicate basic English.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.

Account Payable
  • Maintains the invoices and statements from all the suppliers; files and organizes the documents.
  • Reviews and verifies all the invoices and statements; contacts the related sections, and suppliers immediately to resolve the discrepancy when questionable charges appear on the statements.
  • Processes payments for the suppliers in accurate and a timely manner.
  • Directs all deposits and payments, issues the checks for payments/refunds.
  • Processes expenses for business trips and employee disbursements.
  • Researches for unpaid invoices.
  • Performs the journal entries of costs and expenses into the system.
  • Handling/Assisting to create WHT/VAT reports (e.g. PP30,PND3,53,PP36).

Account Receivable
  • Posts daily cash receipts and deposits from various sales, commissions into appropriate ledgers.
  • Posts a receipt of payment on each customer’s account; keeps track of collection status for each customer and follows-up on any delinquent accounts.
  • Makes deposits and performs the data entry in to the system; enters the sales and reports data into system, etc.
  • Issues invoices and receipts as necessary.
  • Manage/review monthly accounts receivable report and sales report.
  • Prepares for bank deposits and record the transactions.
  • Creates reports for unpaid deposits, discrepancies, losses and balances for accounts receivable.

Expenses
  • Processes various expenses such as general payments, credit card payments etc.
  • Creates and maintains financial documents. (Depreciation, Accrued/Deferred accounts etc.)
  • Creates bank reconciliation.
  • Manages funds and resources.
  • Maintains and processes tasks on line.
  • Monitors and closes the petty cash on monthly basis.

Closing
  • Assist monthly quarterly, annual, closing under senior accounts.

Revenue Controller

Job description
Responsible for develop strategies to maximize passenger revenue performance and analyze revenue trends to support senior management decisions.
  1. Pricing – Defines price points based on each seat/segment which customer’s willingness to pay and assigns rules to the fares;
  2. Revenue Management – Forecasts demand for each fare product and overbooks seat sales to account for cancellations.
  3. Responsible for the development and implementation of revenue management strategies and tactics for a given set of markets. This may include leveraging the pricing or yield management
  4. Analyzes trends in fare usage, revenue and market
  5. Assess and segment customers based on market conditions
  6. Defines market conditions, including competitive positioning
  7. Develops demand forecast
  8. Analyzes current and historical trends to determine appropriate inventory levels that maximize revenue
  9. Communicate regularly with sales representative regarding peak/holiday operational issues and periodically visit and present to stations
  10. Formulates, analyzes and evaluates revenue strategies..

Qualifications:
  • Female/ Male Thai Nationality, Age 25- 32
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 3 -5 year experience in Airline or Travel Agent Industry.¬
  • Possess Marketing, Revenue (seat) control, or customer service.
  • Experience on usage of Airlines Reservation System.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet.
  • Good Command of English is mandatory, Toeic Score 550
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Being service-minded oriented and self-motivated
  • Proven track record with sales performance to achieve target and goal.
